Attending Harrogate District Chamber of Commerce meetings are a key benefit of Chamber membership, which enable our members to meet and build excellent business relationships with many other members. Our meetings are informative, educational and relevant to supporting business. They are usually held on the second Monday of each month at members' venues in and around Harrogate.
Our meetings are FREE for members and non-members attending their first meeting. Guests must then join to attend further meetings.
Members and guests arrive from 17.30 for informal networking, when complimentary refreshments are served. The meeting commences at 18.15, finishing by 20.00.
Digital Tools for Operational Efficiency
09th Februrary 2026 - Members and First Time Visitors Only
17:30 - 20:00
Work Smarter, Not Harder: Using Digital Tools to Improve Operational Efficiency and Everyday Business Delivery.
This month’s meeting will focus on how businesses can improve day‑to‑day operational delivery through the smart use of practical digital tools.
Rather than concentrating on marketing or sales platforms, this session is firmly aimed at internal efficiency — exploring how accessible technology can help streamline operations, reduce costs, and free up time for higher‑value work. Topics will include automation, cloud‑based systems, cybersecurity essentials, project and task management, and everyday productivity tools that support smoother workflows and better collaboration.
Speakers will share real‑world, local examples of how businesses are using technology to simplify processes, improve resilience, and drive continuous operational improvement — without over‑engineering or requiring large budgets.
Members will leave with clear, practical ideas they can implement quickly, regardless of business size or sector, making this an ideal session for leaders looking to strengthen operational performance and work smarter, not harder.
