Jones Myers In Finals Of Prestigious Nationwide Awards
Niche family law firm, Jones Myers, has been selected as a finalist in two categories of the prestigious nationwide Modern Law Private Client Awards 2025.

Jones Myers is shortlisted in the Outstanding Client Care category for family law firms with over 26 employees which the practice won in the 2024 awards.
The firm, which has offices in Harrogate, is also in the final line up of the Private Client Team category.
Judges examined how entrants’ teams collaborate and operate efficiently, demonstrate genuine and outstanding client care, innovate in challenging situations, positively contribute to their sector and develop future generations.

The news coincides with further expansion and a raft of new appointments. They include partner Sarah Barr-Young, a named Legal 500 ‘Key’ Lawyer and Chambers ‘Notable Practitioner’, who heads the Financial Remedies Department at the firm’s Harrogate office. Jones Myers has also doubled the size of its York city centre team.
With headquarters in Leeds, the practice, which has its own in-house counsel, has retained its top tier rankings in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK guides for over three decades.
Jones Myers is also ranked in the top five per cent of UK law practices which deliver family law services by Review Solicitors, an independent legal review site. Outperforming its peers nationwide, clients award the practice a consistent ‘Excellent’ rating.
The winners of the Modern Law Private Client Awards 2025 will be announced at an awards ceremony on July 2nd at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool.
